1. BOSU Burpees

Sit down in a squat position. Your hands either on the floor or the ball/BOSU. Now, stretch your legs back and come in a pushup position. Try to press your chest towards the ground and then come back to the original position. Jump up and hold your hands above your head. This way you complete one rep. Do a minimum of 15 to complete a set. You must do three sets of this.

Stand straight and keep your stomach pulled in. Breathe normally. There should be some gap between your feet.Move your left foot forward and bend the knee to form a right angle with the ground. Your knee should touch the ground. Now, go back to the initial position and repeat the same with your right leg. On completing this exercise on both the legs, you finish one rep. Do a minimum of 20. This exercise will help to tone your leg muscles and improve blood circulation. Your heart will function better. It is also great for your lungs.
It is simple and great for your body. From cholesterol levels, blood pressure, obesity, weak bones, mood fluctuations to heart diseases everything can be in check. 4. Push Ups
An old form of exercise that is till date done by fitness freaks, athletes, and gym goers. The best part about push ups is that you can do it at home. Push ups target the chest, core, and arm muscles. Toning every bit of your body. When you do push ups, you lift your own body weight from the ground. Start with 15 reps and then increase it over time.
Flat and toned abs are the goals of millions of us. If you want it too, then do a few crunches each day and you will see results. Lie down flat on the ground and rest your arms under your head. Your feet should be above the ground, bent at the knees. Pull your stomach inside and push your head up towards you knees. Come back to the initial position. You shouldn’t hold your breath while you do this exercise. Crunches don’t reduce body weight they work your abdominal muscles.
A lower body exercise that helps to improve the glutes, hips, and hamstrings. Although, it is a lower body exercise it can strengthen your upper body when weights are used.
Start by placing your feet, hip distance apart. Keeping your back straight and gaze forward bend down. To maintain your balance, you can keep your hands stretched ahead of you. Keep your core muscles intact and don’t hold your breath as you do this exercise. You need to do three sets of 15 reps each.
7. The Breakdancer
If you don’t have the time to do several exercises, do just this one. It promises great results and works as an overall exercise. Strengthening your core, improving your stability, and toning your body will be done all at once.
Come down to the floor and sit on all fours. With one quick and easy movement point your left leg towards the ceiling. Try to touch the extended leg with your right hand. Come back to the original position and do the same for the opposite hand and leg. It might seem challenging at first but on doing it regularly you will see great results.
